Hi everyone,

My PC got infected and I want to solve this ASAP I'm trying to remove virus from it but still its full of virus and adware. So I think the ultimate thing I can do is to restore my PC. Please help me how to restore my PC like the way it was when I bought it new or is there any other thing I can do to remove virus from it.

Well, restoring PC to any previous date won't guarantees that the virus will be removed whatsoever. The best thing you can do is, perform a fresh installation of Windows using the Installation CD DVD. However, if you don't want to do it now can try using Malwarebytes from Antimalware. It is available for free and can perform complete system scan as well as remove serious threats.

Good luck though!!

Initially, it was thought that every virus can be removed from the PC by using system restore but it`s not true. It depends upon from what virus your PC in infected. There are some viruses which can be removed by system restore. But some viruses are strong enough to affect the restore system in fact they create copies of their files throughout the system which can only be removed by using powerful anti -virus.
