Why my Xperia Z3 tab won’t shut down?

Hey guys,

Its been just a month or two that I bought this Sony Xperia Z3 tab because I thought as the tab is from Sony Xperia can be trusted completely for that reason, but there is a problem i this tab that it won't shut down. Even if I remove the battery or the battery goes empty as soon as I charge ti turns no automatcally. Please help me solve this issue.

Why my Xperia Z3 tab won’t shut down?

Hi Lawrence, this Sony Xperia issue have been running a long while. The bug in the firmware is still being updated by the company so for the meantime the most simplest method will probably works best.  The most simplest solution so far to date is just by simulating a battery pull. This is accomplish by  holding down the volume button and the Power button. Hold these buttons simultaneously for approximately 30 seconds. If the smartphone didn’t turn on, then release the keys, and try to turn it on by pressing the power button. This power cycle of the phone will sometimes won’t work at the first attempt, so try it for the second time if the problem still persist.
