I have Windows XP operating system and I formatted my computer and re-install Windows XP. But Microsoft Windows XP home activation did not work with "Online activation cannot be completed at this time" message. Please help me give a good solution.Â

That's a good question you have asked and I will be happy to help you to the best of my ability. The error message you receive on your computer while installing the Windows XP home edition is most probably as a result of some corrupt or missing files in the software or in the registry. You may look for another instance of the software and try reinstalling or follow these steps;
Ensure your software is a legal and original version of windows first.Â
Try trouble shooting by going to the registry editor and changing some of the entries under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftware Microsoft officecurrent version
Once you delete the entries, you can reinstall the application and it should be able to function well.
