When I try to open Outlook, an error pops up saying “invalid XML the view cannot be loaded”. I am unable to open Outlook. Can someone please tell me why this is happening?
I have a solution for this error, but it works only for Outlook 2007 and 2010. If you are using one of these, please follow the steps given below to solve your problem;
1) Open the start menu and look for the ‘Run’ option. If you cannot find it, type ‘Run’ in the search box.
2) After it opens, type “Outlook.exe /resetnavpane” in the blank space provided.
3) Then, select ‘ok’ and the run window will close.
4) Now open Outlook and you will see that it opens normally.
