You can do this by installing PDFCreator, which is free for d/load at: http://www.pdfforge.org/
To use this conversion: when you select your PDF file open it using default program, and set up your printer, by selecting a PDFcreator as a printer of choice! This gives you direct excel to PDF conversion.
First image is Monitor, second one is Print manager, and last image shows Options menu in PDFCreator. Hope that this helped!!
