Here is a procedure that will help you restore your USB 2 DVR driver for your laptop.

On your computer, you will need to go right computer on Computer, and the choose System Properties.

Check if the driver has been listed with a yellow icon and then right click on it.

After that click on Properties, and then click on the Details tab.

Next you will need to click on drop down menu.

The first one there should be the Hardware ID.
