When I create a new user account for another family member I get an error.

Error message,   The user profile service failed the logon. user profile cannot be loaded.

I have given the example of the error message in the picture.  I have done some research before and found out it has been a problem for years, and Microsoft has not fixed it yet !

Although there are some solutions, I've tried changing the account to a admin from standard, but didn't work.

Please tell me if

Any one knows , what I should do now?

Kaml,

first and foremost make sure that "the do not log on windows with temporally profiles" is not configured. Your user profile cannot be be loaded possibly because one time you erased one of your user accounts manually. This left  the SID (security identifier) undeleted from the profile list in the registry. Hence windows cannot load since the path doesn't exist.

For that matter you will need to backup and restore the registry windows. Click on search on the start menu, and enter 'regedit',  in the registry Editor move to 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE to SOFTWARE then to Microsoft current Version, to Profile List. A dialog box will appear. Look for S-1-5 (SID) key, click on the folder and locate 'profileimagepath'.  Click to verify if its the user account with the error. Choose two folders with and without '.bak',  double click on each one and type 'o' then OK. Close the registry editor and restart your PC.

Hope it will help.
