Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your TeamViewer among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files then delete everything it finds.

This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, download the free version of TeamViewer and install it. See if this works. If this doesn’t fix it, try adding TeamViewer to the Windows Firewall exceptions. Click “Start”, “Control Panel” then “Security Center”. In “Windows Security Center” window, click “Windows Firewall” at the bottom.
