Recently I noticed two folders named x76vxqnapll_9ueswxhd5z8cytg in my android device. Is this some kind of malware or virus. I cannot understand how they were created by itself. Can anyone explain what is this?

There is no malware or virus. If you want you can delete this. The folder is linked to your Google account and has a unique ID linked to it. You may have two or more if you had generated these Ids knowingly or unknowingly when you deleted cache or cookies. This may even be linked to Google advertising ID. There is no harm in keeping them or deleting them. This will not harm your device.
