I happened to add some hardwares on my PC the other week. However, after adding these hardware, the computer is no longer loading into Windows. What can I do to resolve this issue? What are the troubleshooting steps for this?

What to do when Windows is no longer loading?
Hi Ramonette,
First of all to be able to diagnose this problem and be able  to fix what is wrong, we need to know what hardware you were talking about that you installed. Depending on the hardware the steps to fixing your problem may vary.  The best way to determine if the hardware you had just installed was the problem, you should try and remove the hardware and check if your computer finally works. If it was a hardware upgrade then replace the new hardware with the old hardware as this will restore your computer to its original settings before the upgrade. Hope this helps.

What to do when Windows is no longer loading?
Hello Ramonette,
It is more likely that the hardware that you installed on your PC caused compatibility issues and that is why right now windows is failing to load. So to resolve the issue, you will need to do the following:
-
First, you will need to check the hardware specifications of your computer. Check things like the model and the parts that is supports and from which manufacturers.
-
After that you will need to use those details to verify if the hardware you added on the PC is compatible, if it not you will need to get the one that is.
Hope this helps.

Carl
