What is the best multiple scan software?
That it can scan as fast as it could from registry down to file to file formats and records all the malicious ware that has been found. Is there a possible scanning software like this?

What you are saying is only be realized by experience. But you can try different antivirus like Norton, AVAST, AVira, AVG etc.
I would like to recommend you Norton for your desktop and AVAST for your Laptop or Netbook.
