Following are the advantages of deleting cookies from the Web browser:

 

Faster Performance: Deleting the cookies from web browsers makes the web browser faster. When we use web browser it accumulates the cookies that become the cause of slow web browser performance.

 

Physical Memory: When we delete cookies from the web browser, it free the space in physical memory, which becomes the cause of better browsing.

 

Security: There are many cookies which are harm for internet browser that can leak the security information to the third party. So we can increase the computer security by deleting the cookies.

What are the advantages of deleting cookies

 

Cookies are files that websites store on your computer. These files contain information like surfing habit, type of browser, server settings, IP address, and others. These information are collected upon visiting a website and after collecting them the web server will then place the files on your hard drive. Cookies help identify a user to the website. Once you visited that website again, the server retrieves the information from the file and this will identify the visitor.

Cookies make browsing the web much easier and faster because of the information the website gets from the cookies; they can customize your browsing experience based on your previous visits. Although cookies make browsing the internet a bit easier, they are seen by many as an invasion of privacy. Since most websites will not allow their site to be accessed unless cookies are enabled, browsers are usually set to accept cookies by default. As a result, cookies are being stored "invisibly" on your hard drive every time you browse the internet. Since your IP address is usually collected, your browsing history and online activities become public knowledge.

Hello My Dear,

Cookies are small text files that store all of the information about your computer, its internet usage, log-in and log-out information, and password and sign-in information. If you do not clear these cookies, then this information can be retrieved by anyone who knows about it. I recommend that you delete any cookies before leaving the system.
