 Website X5 update wants to install but before the installation of the program would begin it will crash. Evolution 10 keeps on crashing. I opened up for a start up but it says it has to close. I tried downloading the version several times but I still encounter the same problem. It says it has to open temporary version and it was not saved my banner correctly and I can't even start to fix it. What can I do please I want to work on my website x5 and this is preventing me. I need your help.

Hello Anjel,

Instead of trying to update from within X5, download the latest version from the “Download” URL, which is located by the drop-down menu at the top-right of the screen titled “Profile”

After you have downloaded, reboot your computer to confirm that no X5 processes are running. Now, open the .exe file

This will install the latest version removing the old one, updating all files as required.
