Webroot internet security uninstall error

I have been using webroot internet security 2012 and it was working perfectly but now when I am trying to uninstall it, I am getting an error and it won't uninstall. The screenshot of the error is attached below:

 

The message states:

Error FZLCOO56: Invalid or Unknown Key Code.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

During your uninstallation of Webroot Internet Security 2012 it required for you to input your new code into the field and click Activate to complete the uninstallation process. I think you entered a wrong code, that's why it won't uninstall, double check you keycode and enter again in the Activate a new keycode window for the uninstallation be successful.
