Follow the given steps to insert the SmartArt Graphics and add text to it:
- Firstly, go through the Inserttab, click on SmartArt.
- Then, select the type and layout, in choose a SmartArt Graphicdialog box.
- Now, enter your text.
Follow the given steps to add or delete shapes in your SmartArt Graphic:
- Firstly, select the SmartArt Graphic. (you want to add another shape too)
- Then, click on the existing shape.
- Now, on the Designtab, Under SmartArt Tools, select the arrow next to Add Shape. Make sure that you’ve selected the SmartArt graphic if you don’t see the SmartArt Tools.
- You can do any of the following things:
- Select on Add Shape After (to insert a shape after the selected one).
- Select Add Shape Before (to insert a shape before the selected one).
Follow the given steps to change the colors of SmartArt Graphic:
- Firstly, Select SmartArt graphic.
- On the Designtab, in the SmartArt Styles group, select Change Colors.
- There you can select the color variation you want.
