This is how it looks my Vodafone profile with this error. It appears every time when I want to access something. Can anyone tell me more about this error ? Why it appears every time when I want to log in ?

Vodafone requests fails during the log in
Normally, you only get the error “request timed out” when accessing a website or a webpage and the website cannot respond immediately maybe because the server is busy. You can also get this if you’ve been idle for quite a long time causing your account to automatically log out. In your case, since your account is logged out, try logging in again and see if this will work.
If it doesn’t and since you are using a mobile phone, try cleaning your handset for temporary files or empty the cache of your web browser. Try downloading and installing Clean Master Phone Boost on your handset to clean your device for unnecessary files that’s possibly causing errors on some apps.
Once installed, clean your Smartphone using Clean Master. When it is finished, try connecting your Vodafone profile again and see if it works.
