VMWare with a Web Client

I have this version of OS that cannot be flashed for another (HP EVO T20) and I want to use it to put a client box for guests in the house so that nothing is to be put out of commission to be used. I just have a general idea of what to do but not completely sure. What would I have to do to make it a VM box? I also have an HP Proliant ML370 that I can use as a host for various other things.
