Hi TechyV,

Any people have the views on the different Remote Support programs available in the market such as Go to Assist, Team viewer or Legmen?

I am looking for some remote computers I'd like a friendly way of supporting. I am using UltraVNC right now, but the client is kind of buggy during setting up on Windows 7, and I'd like a consolidated list of all the computers I can connect to, somewhat than doing it in physically. Added to this  I wouldn't mind some automatic NAT-T.

I consider the TeamViewer Business edition would work best, since it’s a one time (lifetime) charge of $700… The other applications are appearing to be an ongoing subscription fee… I work for a very 'economical' non-profit… so reducing budget is the key

Thanks.

Hello Jem,

Depending on your needs there are several remote support softwares. If you are looking for a stable and reliable solution that will work out of the box, I would definitely go with the TeamViewer. It is an amazing software that will make your remote support easier than ever.

Besides TeamViewer, I can suggest you to try LogMeIn. It is a web based service that will allow you to connect to any PC with the browser installed. Free version is available , so you don't need to purchase it before deciding.
