Hi friend,

First check your audio condition.  Play a audio with normal audio player. Now check about sound setting. If you have problem to check sound setting then install a new audio driver to replace current version.

If you have installed Bluetooth or other software like that who has audio control function then uninstall them.  This software has a virtual audio driver so they can take some control on audio device. So stop them or uninstall them.

Now install some supported audio internet player such as flash player. Or install upgraded veetle channel. You may also have it install extra module for play audio in veetle channel.

There can be many different reasons why your audio is lagging whenever you are watching a video on your browser. It can be with your internet connection, running applications on your computer, available resources, and others. To see if the problem is with your internet connection, check your network. First, check the cable connecting your computer to the internet.

Unplug the network cable from the network port at the back of the CPU then plug it back in. Try streaming again then see if this works. If this doesn’t work, try disconnecting the other end of the cable from the Wi-Fi router then connect it back. See if this works. Also, try restarting the router.

If the router has a power button, press it to turn it off then unplug it from the power for about ten to twenty seconds (10 – 20). Press any button on the router to drain any leftover power or to power cycle. After this, plug the router back to the power and turn it on. See if this works.

If this doesn’t work, try closing any other running applications that are not important. Also, check that the CPU usage is not high. Since you are only watching a video and you know that the site is safe, try disabling your antivirus until you are finished watching. If the CPU usage is high, restart your computer then try again. If the problem continues, try updating your browser.
