You can still get the user instructions for the china Q mobile on the internet.
What you will need to do if the following:

Go to Google and search for "China Q Mobile user instructions" without quotes.

Or you can search using any other search engine that you like, for instance Yahoo or Bing.

In the search results list, you will need to open the result that you think will be more useful to you.
