Thankfully, even if your flash drive got corrupt, you can still recover your lost data.
There are a lot of software programs that do that, such as Roadkill's Unstoppable Copier, which is helpful if your drive has been physically damaged.
There is also Recuva or R Studio as well as TestDisk. The Active File Recovery lets you try for free a software, but then I would totally recommend you to buy one, because it's a good investment on the long run.
I have to mention to you another free tool if you ever happen to accidentally delete some files, the Kickass Undelete.
