Upgraded Video Card Now PC Will Not Start?

I decided to upgrade to a faster video card a few days ago. When I went to turn my machine back on it would not do anything. So I put the old card back in and now it will not do anything either. What am I missing when installing a video card? Or did a break something while installing it?

Yes, your video card is not set properly or your windows problem. you should reset your computer and set up new windows, like windows7 or windows8 as your wish. After complete windows setup then set up your video card. I think your problem is solved. If Your problem not solved so go to your nearest it canter or engineer.
