There was a fault while eliminating a folder or a file. The folder cannot be deleted and it is being utilized by a different program or individual. What program is using the file? Will I stop it from functioning? How? What actions should I take to solve this problem?

In case it is a file, As displayed, there should be one program using your file. If you verify and it is not the case, the reason should be a threat. Scan your file with an updated antivirus.

In case it is a folder, the same folder should be open somewhere in the computer. If not, scan your folder with an updated antivirus.
