Uninstalling ZESM server or console results in an InstallShield error

Hi to all,

I have been using ZESM server but now when I tried to uninstall it, it is giving me an error.

The screenshot of the error is attached below:

Windows cannot find ‘C:Program FilesInstallShield Installation Information{0CCD1600-C58D-4D75-8C01-F74574513515}dotnetfx.exe’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.

The error reads as:

Can anyone please explain what should I do to remove this error and why is it bothering me?

I can't find the root cause of this error. I'll be really thankful for your guidance.

ZESM server uninstalling needs navigate to file where error files is located in systems drive then search for mc directory of software by placing DVD or image file in drive then copy dotnetfx.exe and paste in the folder where error file located and then press ok on error message window. then do uninstall process again otherwise go to Novell site and get details.
