I understand you have an unhand led exception error message. Please follow the initial problem solution simple steps.

First run your operating system Linux. When your OS completely opened up and you are in desktop windows please press F1. You will see windows help and support centre page. In the top of that page you have a search box. Please type your error message code and watch the subordinate points which best suits your error code and then you can come to know yourself the exact problem you are facing.

Moreover, right click on the task bar of your windows you will see task manager option. Click it on that. Then click on process and find the program which you are running. Select the program and click on end task which is below. Then restart your computer and re launch the program.
