Unexpected exception when attempting to activate matlab

Hi guys

When attempting to activate my MATLAB Student Version I receive the following error:

The error says:

There was an unexpected exception:

null

See the log file

(/var/folders/iU/iUA3MaX+HwOROOOXAYziZK+++TI/-Tmp-/aws_joeuser.Iog) for details.

I don’t know what is causing this error. Can anyone please guide me how can I remove it. Waiting anxiously for your suggestions

Hello Daniel,

To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

You will need to open Control Panel and then Region and Language.
After that change the default "Format" or Languages tab to US English and Apply changes.
And then log out and reboot the computer to save the changes.
Try activating sing the new language.
You will need to wait until the process finishes, and then change the language back to your preferred setting.
