Unexpected Error on Clicker 5

I installed Clicker 5 in my Windows XP PC. I will use this for my kids since it is highly educational. After the installation, I was a bit excited to launch it. My kids and I were staring in front of my PC for a while. But we get disappointed because every time I open it, I am getting this error as posted below. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the software but still gets the same error message. How can I fix it?

Unexpected Error System.NullReferenceException

Unexpected Error on Clicker 5

Clicker 5 is teaching tool for children designed to assist in their learning how to read and write. Well, actually it teaches them to click instead to write :).  But anyway, a quick search on their support page shows several known issues seen at startup. It is unfortunate that the actual error number is not mentioned in your question because it probably doesn't have one since it's an unexpected error. Below is the official site for Clicker 5 and the support mentioned:

https://www.cricksoft.com/us/clicker

http://www.cricksoft.com/support/clicker5/search-results.aspx?IndexCatalogue=SupportClicker&SearchQuery=not+starting

The second link deals with solutions to errors in start-up. If you don't have these error numbers, try to go through their support system by sending an email to them. You can do that using this link:

Oh and I saw that there is already a version 6 for Clicker so you may want to go through the upgrade route.

Good luck and hope the above helped!
