I used Alcohol Soft for burning and record all my media’s. I have been using this without having any problems or issues. But lately, I am getting Undocumented Error Message when using it. I am using Windows XP Professional SP3. The error says, [Write ERROR] LBA: 1924384, Length:16 S:KEY – 04/44/86 – “Undocumented Error Message!”

How can I resolve it?

First Solution : Uninstall Alcohol and reinstall the latest version.

Second Solution : Burn with another Program to see if you get the same error. Make sure the media file doesn't have anything wrong with it.

Third Solution : Update the firmware of your burner.(Search Google for "The Firmware Page" and see if you're running the latest firmware for your burner)

Fourth Solution : Try Burning your media's to Verbatims Disc

Hi there Q7ahg93fb,

The easiest way to solve your problem is to check the log file and contact the Alcohol Technical Support.

However, in a meantime, you should check for any available upgrades for your drive firmware, additional drivers and available updated for the software. Also, make sure your media is not damaged as damaged disks often gives that error and try to burn the media using lower speed.

That’s a write error which appears when the program starts burning the disc. Try reinserting the disc and restart burning. If this doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall Alcohol 120%. Visit Revo Uninstaller Download and download the free version. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller, select the Alcohol software from the list, and click “Uninstall.” Follow the succeeding instructions. This will remove everything the program created on your computer.

When it is finished, restart your computer then go to CCleaner Download and download the free version. Once installed, start CCleaner and clean your system. Install Alcohol 120% back and try burning again. See if this works. If it fails again, download the latest from Alcohol Soft. If the problem continues, try using ImgBurn Image Burner instead.

If you want to convert CCleaner to Pro, download the codes and follow the instructions.
