Unable to Start iTunes, Error Code 13014 Occurred

I have failed to start my iTunes. It is showing an unknown error message with the error code 13014. I do not understand the error code. Have you any idea for the error code?

Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

Hi Jeff,
Try the following solutions in solving your problem with error 13014.
1. Check if you have the installed the latest Itunes version. As of today the latest you should have installed is Itunes 11. 
2. Quit Itunes and try to open it again. Still, if the error continues, restart your computer.
3.On the Itunes sidebar, turn off Genius.
4. If error persists contact Apple Support for assistance.
