Unable to Send Attachment with PDF File

I could not send an attachment with PDF file. I have an Acrobat 9 installed on my Windows XP computer; everything goes well from opening a PDF file and attaching it to email but when I try to send it, the message will just disappear and it never reaches its recipient. And also, it cannot be saved on sent items folder. Can you please help me from which settings do I need to check and change to fix the issue? Thank you.

Hi,

You just simply scan or check your application if there an infected a viruses or maybe spyware and then try to update your software or maybe download other software to your PC before you download a new software just simply check if it’s compatible to your PC or system and then just simply download the application then after you downloaded the application you just simply uninstall the old version and then try to install the new downloaded application from your system and then try restart your PC and after your restarting the unit you just simply download the new java application just simply try that one.

First, make sure that your PDF file is not larger than 25 MEGABYTES if you are using yahoo.  Next, check your internet antivirus and try disabling it. If you are using gmail, it certainly does not load PDF files as attachments. Please try using other mailing tools or if not, kindly ask your recipient to check their junk folder if in any way the mails were sent there. What browser are you using? Try using your alternative browsers to see if it could solve that problem. You could try older versions of Internet Explorer, or other browsers like Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera and see if it would work. Thank you

Thank you so much for the advice. I simply update my software, and after that i uninstall   the older version of browser that i had.. I then install the newer version of my browser. I also restart my pc to complete the installation process.
