Unable to open a website on Opera Browser Windows 7.

I use Opera to browse the Internet and it works perfectly well. There is a problem with this specific page that does not open on Opera and instead an error appears  that "Secure Connection: fatal error (1066) Unable to complete secure transaction". Is the website I am trying to access secured in some way? Or is it a problem with the browser?

Firstly go with the following solution
Go to O-menu select settings/Preferences/Security/SecurityProtocols
and mark a tick on Enable SSl3 and click OK.
If that doesn't work go with this solution
Check only the TLS1 option as checked and the remaining others
unchecked,Ensure that you have enabled Opera's auto updater if you
are using 12.02 version and try to go with Opera's updates.
Hope it helps you.

Hello,

Please check: 'O-Menu / Settings / Preferences / Security / Security Protocols' and see if 'Enable SSL3' is unchecked? Make sure it is unchecked and click 'ok'. Check the problem site again and see if it is OK.

If this does not work, consider trying with only Opera's TLS1 option checked and all other options unchecked.
