I have made a website by using Big Rock (domain registration /hosting site). Big Rock provides DIY (Do It Yourself) website manager, when I click on it in, it is not responding in Google Chrome and Firefox both browser but in Internet Explorer it is working fine. Don’t know how to solve this issue. Is there any configuration error which I am missing or something else? Please suggest some solution.

That’s not possible. Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox are all web browsers and their job is to open internet websites. If Microsoft Internet Explorer can access your web hosting site as well as open your website manager then so can Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. I don’t find any difference in that.

If you haven’t updated your Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, try updating them and then try again. If that doesn’t work, see if both browsers are configured to block your web hosting site or even your website. Also check if Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are configured for a proxy.

If this is the case, remove the proxy and use your normal connection. You should be able to use it after that. Additionally, check the extensions you installed on both browsers because it is possible that they are the ones blocking the web hosting site or the website manager.
