Unable to exchange video files with the I-Tunes

Hi everyone

I cannot exchange some video files with the iTunes software. I get a message reading, “This song could not be converted because it is protected WMA format.”

iTunes

The song "Reetwood_Mac-Sara_000 1 [1] wma" Could not be converted because it is in protected WMA format.

One or more of the songs being added are in protected WMA format.

Please help me how can I solve this problem?

It is a very simple step. follow the steps below.

From Desktop open the iTunes or go to C Program files, Apple, and open iTunes.

Once opened, select files and click add files to library. After you select the files, click open and it will be added. Then synchronize it to get all songs to your device.

You can also try putting the songs manually by going to My Documents/My Music/Itunes/Itunes Music and copying the music there which you want to put in your device.

If you still want to get any other way then download the protected music converter from this link.

Install it and use it to remove the protected rights on the music files.
