I purchased few DeskScapes from Impulse but I find that I am unable to download these on to my computer. Whenever I try to download, I end up with this error that says ‘Server not responding, Please check your internet connection.’ I find that my internet connection is working fine and I’m online and can access files from it too. It is only the download of these DeskScapes that does not seem to work. What could be preventing the download? I am running Kaspersky antivirus on my computer and I tried disabling and downloading. But this step too didn’t help me. Does anyone have a solution to offer? Please share. Thanks for spending your time on this issue.

From your problem it seems that your system date and time is not set correctly. Please check this. Or this may also happen that your Impulse may be trying to use the proxy information which you have entered in your internet explorer. So, make sure that there would not be any proxy settings that could be disturbing. You can change the setting by following ways— If you have XP loaded in the machine:- Click in your Control Panel— Network and Internet Connections— Internet Options— Connections— LAN Settings. If you have Vista 7 loaded in the machine:- Click in your Control Panel— Network and Internet — Internet Options — Connections— LAN Settings. And if the problem still persists, then connect with your support system.
