When you see this dialog box in case an error happened again, click Exit Program instead of hitting “Try to Continue”. Sometimes clicking on the last one will make the dialog box appear again and worse will freeze your computer. So to avoid this from happening, terminate the program. After closing it run it then see what happens if you try updating it again.

Make sure also to check your internet connection. There are times applications will discontinue the checking of update once it detects a slow or unstable internet connection. If you have a slow internet connection, try it again some other time or it would be best to do it again during off-peak hours so there are less traffic in the network.

In case there’s no problem with your connection but still the problem exists, try reinstalling the program. Uninstall it, restart your computer, and then install it again. This will restore the application back to default in case of file corruption. Another possible reason why this happens is the update being installed on your operating system via Windows Automatic Update.

It sometimes cause incompatibility or maybe conflict to the functionality of the programs. In this case, you can fix it by upgrading your application but since you cannot update it from within the program, download the new version manually. Visit TurboLaw Easy to Use Legal Software. Once downloaded, uninstall the old version and then run the newly downloaded installer. It offers 30 days of trial period.
