Hello, I am trying to get Firefox Sync set up on all my devices so I can use them all the same. Â However, I am not seeing the same information on everything and cannot get Sync to set up. Â I believe I have the latest editions of Sync on all my devices. Â Any troubleshooting tips are appreciated. Â
Below are the few troubleshooting tips for the Firefox sync issue:
1.   Verify that the Firefox sync cloud service is up or not. If it is not up, then Firefox sync will not work on any device. To verify the Firefox cloud services, click here.
2.   Install new version of sync in all the device in order to share information with each other.
3.   When you are syncing the Firefox data, make sure you are selecting all the information which you want to synch. See the below picture.
