Trying to display four videos in Matlab at a time

I am trying to find the way to play a pair of videos or four of them at a time. I am trying to display video inside video. I am aware that Matlab allows loading and play .avi or more supported files. But for the requirement, I need to load multiple file at the times instant and make the video presentation. How to accomplish playing multiple video at different timeline? How to pause on or more videos while others are playing? How to do image effects of blurring and highlighting while playing videos in Matlab?
