Troubling with access of every hyperlink in every email I get.

Hi,

I got an outlook message on my window where it shows "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.

Please contact your system administrator".

I don’t know from where this type of restriction is happening in my windows 7.

Could you please help?

Your computer or sys admin.

Right-click My Computer > Manage > Local Users and Groups > Users.
 
If you have access to the user a list of administrator permissions.
 
Your sys admin account can be disabled. You can find it here: Right click administrator account > possible > set password.
 
You log in as admin user rights via Start > Control Panel > Users > Change account type> sys admin.
