I am executing an outlook technique when suddenly, a text box appeared saying Outlook is trying to send email in my behalf.
A lot of these text boxes shows up at the same time. Can you help me fix this problem? Thank you!

I think you problem with this outlook is happening due to virus attack of your machine. The virus is stored somewhere in your machine and trying to send the virus using email to another person whose address in your contact list. This kind of virus is very dangerous. Because it is going to affect not only to you but also your friends and persons you know and in your contact list.
In order to solve this problem you have to scan your machine with strong virus guard. If it will not be successful then you have to format you machine to remove the virus.

Actually what you are hiding is, you were trying to enter Ms Exchange settings. Somehow you entered settings in your outlook. This particular message is actually from your outlook, which is trying to connect to the server. Remove any settings from your outlook and say no to all these messages.
Or you have enabled some macro. Disable any macro created recently.
Restart your computer now and the problem will be resolved.
