I want to back up my phonebook and albums from my mobile to computer.
I am connecting my Samsung Galaxy S2 to my laptop using a cable.
I already install Samsung keys and update to latest firmware version but the same error message I got.

First you have to check your USB port that it is working or not. If your USB port is working correctly. Then the next step you have to do is plug in your USB cable into mobile phone and connect to your computer.
Right click on your my computer icon on your desktop and select the properties if you are using Microsoft window XP or select menage if you are using Microsoft window 7, a new window will be open. click on under universal serial and bus controller you will find some devices showing ?
Sign in yellow color. Select those devices and click on update drivers. It will update search for the latest drivers and will update it. Now connect your mobile with your laptop and share all your data between these two devices.
