I can not understand why I am getting bad printing quality in my print out.It is fainted in printing.Can anyone please provide few tips to make my print out good?Â

This problem usually happens due to old ribbon inside the printer or if the ribbon is not seated properly in the ribbon carriage.

Please follow the below steps.
1. Check the adjustment of the platen gap, and if the ribbon is old it has to be replaced.
2. Adjust the gap between the platen and the print head.
3. If the problem still remains, it may be due to worn out of some of the head pins in the print head, and that should be replaced.
