I have Windows 8.1 and get the below error, and also my storages dont work. Why does this dll error?
Any fixes? or should we wait for a SP1 or 2?

Hello,
It is a common error after upgrading to Windows 8.1. As it is completely new, there must be some problem with this.
But it has got its cure, too.
1. Open Task Scheduler.
2. Go to “WPD” on the left panel.
3. Remove “SqmUpload” task.
Then it should be gone forever.

There might be a need to run system file checker. It scans the computer's protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
1. Make sure that no programs or applications are running in the background.
2. Hover the mouse to the right side of the screen until the charms bar appear.
3. Click the Search icon then type "cmd".
4. Click the Advanced button below the window then select "Run as administrator".
5. Type the command as displayed below then press Enter.
6. Wait for the process to finish.
7. Restart your computer then check if the error is fixed.
