Hi All,

In Webmail i get the below error. Exchange 2007

Outlook Web Access is not available. If the problem continues, contact technical support for your organization and tell them the following: There is no Microsoft Exchange Client Access server that has the necessary configuration in the Active Directory site where the mailbox is stored.

Please suggest how to fix this

Yes dear,

There is some thoughts which provide you an installation guide that you can use like starting point for some formal documenting to your organization’s server which build procedures for the Microsoft Exchange server 2010 that have the Client Access server role installed. This  template have the following points which must keep in mind for it.

Its Executive summary, Sever configuration, The local balancing configuration, Some verification steps, The Exchange server role installation, The Exchange role configuration. Please read this article https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff622319.aspx

Hello mergan,

I searched about your problem a lot. There are only few persons I got those who are pretty sure that this is error can be happened because of two causes. One can be installation fault or another can be the server problem. I got an interesting thing when I was searching about this. In one of the professional’s site I got that it is a replication problem. You can run dcdiag and replmon to ensure that the replication was successful and so many others appreciated that. There are about 41 errors or configuration problem can be found so it is better to do the whole work with an expert.

Thank you,
