On the tablet HTC Flyer internet does not work

Hello,

 

I have a DSL internet connection for my Stream.  The model of DSL modem is ZTE zxdsl 831; from DSL modem I have connected it to WiFi adapter NETGEAR WGR614 v9. The internet will work fine on the laptop via WIFI, but on the tablet HTC Flyer internet does not work.

I came to know that WiFi is detecting and connected to a laptop and for the tablet. But from the tablet there is no access to the Internet.

What may be the problem?

Apart from that, how to get to the settings WiFi adapter? In theoretically, it should be able to access to WIFI internet.

There is a general WiFi connectivity issue on HTC Android devices. HTC is aware of the issue and is releasing updates to resolve the issue.  On the HTC website you can download the latest updates for your device, http://support.htc.com/en-uk the issue

If your device is not listed put the serial number in to check for updates.
