System giving an error message of “outlook”

Some of our customers' worker’s system giving an error message of “outlook” which you can see in the below attached picture. The promising procedure indicated in this story was followed without clear result: 

This is not actually forcing the user's capability to throw or get messages. Nothing is right here what I should do to resolve it please help?

Hi there David S Bernal,

This is a simple error which comes because of problems with the email accounts. So follow the steps shown below to overcome this problem.

Step 1 – Click Start > Point to setting > click control panel.

Step 2 – Locate the mail icon and double click it.

Step 3 – Go to mail setup > Show Profiles.

Step 4 – Give a name for the profile name > Click Ok.

Step 5 – Add a New E-Mail Account > Click Ok.

Step 6 – Select the type of server that you E-Mail works with > click next.

Step 7 – Complete other field as your necessity and finish it.
