Hello,
I have installed avast antivirus on my PC. In the update, it has quarantined all my program files including system files.
now I can no longer use this computer.
How to recover these files or use them? Especially the system files.

This happens when you are not using a good antivirus program. I will strongly recommend you to use Microsoft security essential as an antivirus. Any how to fix your problem I am giving you some solutions try them one by one and I hope your problem will be solved.
Go to the taskbar and click on start button and type system restore. Now click on the searched program and try to restore your system to some previous date on which it was working good.
If not solved insert the windows CD and run system recovery in startup.
And if even then it is not solved you need to install a fresh copy of windows and I am sure your problem will be solved.
