Sync Framework 4.0 to connect MS SQL Error

I am using Sync Framework 4.0 to connect MS SQL server 2008 DB server but while trying to connect I get the following error can someone tell me why it is giving this error?

Error System.net.webException: the remote server returned an error: (404) not found. At system.net.webclient.downloadDataInternal(Uri address, WebRequest& request) At system.net.webclient.downloadstring(Uri address) at system.net.webclient.downloadstring(Uri address) at DBNUpdater.Updater. ()

Sync Framework 4.0 to connect MS SQL Error

Hello Yvonne S Gresham,

The URL you have specified is not accessible and as a result of that it provides you the 404 error code which means that the website wasn't found. Please make sure and double check that every setting you have done is right. If anything is wrong fix it and retry connecting.
