I bought a new Surface Pro 3 tablet and it seemed to function for quite a while before it began random freezes. I restart it and it functions for a while then freezes again. I have tried all I can but it has not helped. Somebody come to my rescue please. Â

This is a common issue for the Surface pro 3 tablet. So many users are facing this type of freezing issues. You can try the below some possible to fix this.

1. Press the volume up button and power button for 15 seconds and then leave the button and again press the power button to restart the tablet. Once it will be on use the tablet randomly and check if you are facing the same issue as earlier.

2. Update the firmware of Surface pro 3 tablet. To update the firmware tap on the setting. Then click on change PC settings. Next click on update and recovery and  tap on confirm now. If there is update available, then install the update and restart your tablet. Then check if the problem still persists.

If after these procedure issue is not resolved then you should contact with the service center. There may be a problem with the hardware then.
