Yeah its way too much annoying.  Fist we can talk about the reason way they are showing up. It can be caused by some viruses or malware software. Other reason can be caused by adding or removing programs so your system can get messed up. And the last reason can be corrupt system registry. It comes when you install and uninstall many of programs.

So let’s start with fixing tips:

You can try with defragment disk utility. But in a lot of cases it won’t give result.

If you suspect in some malware or virus you can do few steps to fix them. First you need to scan your hard. After that find some malware or virus program for cleaning  them.

And if you have the last reason  you can do these: After you make sure that you delete all viruses and malwares , make sure that you have cleaned up your system registry. You can do that by using Speedy Pc program.
