You can try to reset it by typing this code "*983*57#" (without the quotation marks). This is a code for FACTORY RESET on some of Dell mobile phones. But, with this procedure you will lose all of your data on your mobile phone. That means that all of your pictures, mp3, videos, contacts will disappear.
But, I think that resetting mobile phone won't help, in your case. It is possible that this is problem with hardware.
